I had a little bit of trouble scheduling the move and could not reach a person until I called the national call center. After that, everything was smooth. Your movers were excellent. I would use them again.

Top to bottom, my experience was great. Every person I talked to was helpful and honest. And my move team was incredible. I was so overwhelmed with packing and moving my elderly parents, but the move team came in and put together a game plan, and then got to work! We finished long before we expected to, my parents had beds to sleep in that night, and their belongings were packed with such care. Thanks so much for sending me an amazing team!

Your movers called to let me know their ETA and arrived on time. The did an assessment of the items to be moved and began right away. All three men were polite, respectful and courteous. The wrapped all my furniture items. All of my furniture and appliances arrive safely and without any issues. The only concern I had was with the moving of the refrigerator. The door handles had to be removed to get it through the sliding door. The refrigerator was not wrapped prior to moving it and as they were carrying it around the house, I noticed that the doors were hanging open. That bothered me a little. Upon arrival to the new property, the truck was unloaded quickly & furniture was placed where I requested. My mother has used Two Men & A Truck twice now, and I would use them again.

Both movers were amazing...best workers I have experienced in a move! They worked fast and made sure things were placed carefully where I wanted them! They deserve a raise and/or a congratulations (don't know if you give employees of the month)-- this is coming from my experience as I grew up in the moving industry and am knowledgeable of what it takes to do a great move!

All was wonderful except for the office staff not communicating with the moving team about a couple very heavy items I mentioned in the quote stage. As a result, we all had to wait about an hour on a third person to help move part of the furniture. The movers did take us off the clock, but all could have been avoided if a third person had been present to begin with.
The service was excellent as usual!!! Would use Mackenzie and Donnell again!!!
