Let us introduce you to our Customer Care Representative Bryce Palmer. Bryce started with us early February 2019 as a Mover/Driver and has grown exponentially with the company. Since starting in the office he has developed into a phenomenal Customer Care Specialist, and has even taken on more responsibility as a Sales Representative. Bryce was one of our TOP RATED drivers based off of customer service surveys, and has continued to give that effort in the office. He looks to exhaust all options when finding resolution, and always has the customer top of mind. When he's not working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or playing pool, you can find him Mountain biking, working on his car or simply doing anything that gets him out of the house. Thank you Bryce for taking the next step in your career to help us grow the company, keep up the amazing work!
We want to welcome back Taylor H. to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Denver Metro team! Taylor started with us a couple of years back as a mover/driver, always providing a great deal of customer service no matter how challenging the situation. Since returning to the team, he has taken on the split role of Dispatch Manager and Customer Service Representative. Having experience on the trucks has allowed him to provide customers with phenomenal information regarding their specific moves, and what their best options may be. Like TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® itself, Karen was born in Michigan. She is also the #1 revenue grossing sales representative in the United States year after year. She is currently shooting for a new record in 2019 to top her impressive year in 2018. Karen was born in the Detroit area and has always been an athlete her whole life. In high school she was a basketball and long distance swimming all-star. She loves to spend her time training for marathons, of which she will be competing in one this upcoming February! Karen moved to Colorado in 1980 to follow her passion for the outdoors. Karen spends her summers negotiating white water rapids and being a triathlete. This woman can RUN. Karen racks up a medal or a ribbon for long distance running almost every other weekend. Most notably Karen placed 1st for her age group in the 2015 Cherry Creek Sneak, 3rd in the Boulder Boulder, and then she took 1st place overall in the Rock and Roll Half Marathon. “I just love customer service. The people in Colorado are the kindest and most caring of anywhere I have ever been.” She said. “Being able to personally help people in a bad situation or just the opportunity to move them forward to the next stage of their lives, is the reason I absolutely love my job.” Karen has been the heart and soul of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Denver ever since she set foot on the property. She goes above and beyond to express her passion for the community by volunteering with the South Jeffco Rotary Club as well as the Optimist Club of Wheat Ridge where she assists young students working towards their future goals and aspirations. We wouldn't be the franchise we are today without this amazing individual.
Brad has a number of years of experience within the moving industry, having started on the trucks as a mover. He moved to Colorado two years ago from the corporate office in Lansing, Mich., where he spent time in the Risk Management and Safety department. Brad likes to spend his off-time visiting Major League Baseball stadiums, and has successfully visited eighteen out of thirty stadiums, and looks to visit the rest before he turns 30. When Brad was asked what his favorite part of working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Denver was, he simply answered "This company is more than JUST a moving company – this is a starting point for a possible career for those who want to put the work in. They strive to move people forward no matter what their current situation is, and I am honored to work for such an amazing company".
Brad is a significant asset to our franchise, and we look forward to him continuing his career within the moving industry!
