Our team of Austin, Trenton and Patrick were outstanding. They were polite, considerate, careful and had a sense of humor. No request was too small.
My constructive comment, and it’s only because I’m aging, is that you train them to speak more slowly, distinctly and louder. Great work, 2men&truck!

The office staff was rude, and told us they didn't care if we didn't use their service. I didn't cancel because I didn't want to take money away from the movers. Both movers were great! They really took care of our stuff. It is because of the 2 guys, I won't put in an official complaint with the BBB. The office staff was terrible!
Response

They strive to exceed our customers' expectations and we're terribly sorry if you felt you did not receive that customer experience. The guys that showed up to do our move were wonderful! They were very hard working and very considerate with our belongings. They did it in a timely manner and were very pleasant young men. Awesome experience! Thank you.

I was pleased that the two men were working quickly since we were paying by the hour. But I noticed on two occasions while I was next to them they hit the door frame with the furniture, oh well it happens I thought. My mistake when we finished I should have looked at all the furniture as it was put in place but I didn’t (I think it’s important to do with any company) Sat down outside this last weekend to enjoy the patio and there are long white scrape marks on the black outdoor table. Unfortunately in a very visible place but I’ll try and repair it.

Patrick and his assistant (didn’t get his name, sorry) were very professional and kind. Did their job competently
The office people were accommodating to our specifications need for a small move of just two pieces of furniture and I had to reschedule and that was easy
We are seniors and this meant a lot
Blessings to your company.
Definitely will call again
