We've had two local moves in the past 12 months in the Scottsdale / Fountain Hills area and have nothing but good things to say about your company. The office people were great and made things easy, and both of the moving crews were amazing. They arrived, were friendly, took care of our things and helped out with what we needed done. And they did it the first time on the hottest day of the year, and then a rainy/cold day the second time.

There were issues packing all of the items into the truck due to a miscommunication (should have been enough space IMHO but the packing was inefficient. The moving team did not even agree between them if this was the case or not). This was discussed with the office and was informed that I could hire another truck at my own expense. Then it became unclear whether an additional truck was available or not and the office did not answer the phone multiple times nor did they call to update me; 2 hours later we were unpacking at the other address when I was informed that the other truck could arrive in 20 minutes. I declined and decided to move the items using my own vehicles. The situation could have been handled much better.
