Movers attitudes were poor. They could care less about the move or my stuff, only about making sure that they didn't have to work very hard or be inconvenienced. I tried to make the move as easy as possible by having everything wrapped for their ease. I don't normally write poor reviews, yet I stated something to the office personnel during the move as well as after to another associate and they apologized yet nothing really came of it, no follow up. I even mentioned my broken lamp that was a result of their pure carelessness (I even heard the crash of the lamp and they just walked out not saying anything or caring to acknowledge that they broke something that they didn't even have to move) and I still haven't heard anything back from a "claims" associate or any one else since.

Overall these guys were great. However, they seemed to feel more rushed and stressed as the day progressed. I understand they were trying to stay within the 'quote', but usually the quote is under the final amount with every company I have worked with. They cracked a pillar plant stand on the balcony, and put black hand marks on the bottom upholstery rail and all over the white bedroom wall. I recommend work gloves!

The movers were very nice, but did not use any of the sheets I asked them to use to wrap my furniture and now my entire head and foot board are scratched.

Matt and Christier were excellent. The move was quick and efficient. Overall, there was very little damage to our belongings. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs movers.

Overall service was acceptable. They were supposed to call when they left the office so we could meet at the storage facility. They called when they were about half way there, so we were late in arriving which we were charged for. It wasn’t a ton of time but we were really on a budget. An item was also broken, waiting to hear back on that.

The guys didn't know there were stairs, didn't know there was a tanning bed . No info from the office, didn't cover the carpeted stairs or wear any covers on their feet like other movers I have used. Banged up the stairway walls and took some big knicks in the paint out of the railing. So not a good experience

Thank you for helping with our recent move. Everything went very smooth and as we had explained to us beforehand by the office staff. The Two Men were a pleasure to be around and showed a lot of respect for us and our belongings through the whole process. They never showed any sign of weariness or annoyance with moving things multiple times after unloading! They packed up the truck one day and then made the 3 hour drive to our new home the next day.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process from the web site to the phone call assistance to the move itself. Each and every person was quick to respond, so positive, and ready to help. Daniel and Tyler were just terrific moving items and relocating them if we changed our minds about location. Jessica was so great to follow-up after the move and at all other times we spoke. I would definitely use your business again and recommend them to friends! Thank you for making things as pain-free as they can be during the stress of moving.
