Movers were fantastic. The office team did not provide boxes as recommended, and cancelled the initial delivery date. However, offered a better rate for the inconvenience, which is good service.

The movers Johnny and Raymond cared for my property as if it was their own. They arrived on time, were courteous and worked efficiently. I will need to move my belongings from the storage unit to my new home when it is ready in a few weeks and would like to request the same team. They met all my expectations and more!

There is a scratch on the hardwood floor that has not been fixed. A representative took a picture and assured me the company would send someone to fix it. A table leg came apart from the table, we fixed that. Ayour n office chair was missing a wheel and a shelf from the desk was missing, you fixed those items. We noted a front piece from the TV cabinet missing, I'm not bothering to even report that. Overall, I did not find this move up to your usual standards.

Everyone we talked to and worked with were amazing - put our needs and wants as a top priority and made sure all the items they moved would get to our new address in perfect condition. Really appreciated the whole experience.

From my initial contact with the office staff for a quote through pickup, delivery, and setup of my property, my experience with Two Men and a Truck was nothing short of truly professional and outstanding!

While I was very pleased, overall, I did have one small issue. They left the bed slats at my old place. I can easily transport them but I was counting on the movers to set up the bed for me. I can't lift the mattress myself and don't quite know how to resolve this.

The movers left our head and foot boards to our bed behind. One of the guys went back to find it and set the bed up for us. Then one of the guys went through the screen of our patio door. I am waiting to hear from my apartment management and then I will submit the bill to Two Men and a Truck.
