We were a bit panicky because we had a VERY short window at a holiday weekend. The front office was gracious and professional. The team that came out was fantastic! Kind, encouraging and responsive to our requests...they took utmost care with our belongings! Could not have been more pleased. Thank you all.

They showed up approximately 15 minutes late due to discrepancies on paperwork related to the address of the storage facility. Additionally they did not have any two-wheeled handtrucks which they needed to stop back at the yard for on their way to my home. I don’t believe this hindered the move from the storage facility since they had carts available to use but I believe this added to the length of time I was charged for. Additionally the broke a leg off and cracked a dining room table. I was called by Oscar in the office saying the repair of the table was turned over to a contractor that will fix it but I have not heard from them yet. Overall I was pleased with the move but not sure I would recommend you if the table isn’t repaired.
