Overall satisfied. There were a few bucks and scratches. The guys dropped one if our pieces but quickly got more guys to help with the move. A door stopper was damaged but a repair guy was sent quickly. They were friendly to us but the only problem was their attitude towards each other. They became very frustrated with the heavier furniture and started cursing at each other in my presence. I didn't even have time to remove my six year old daughter from the room before the barrage of cursing happened. Perhaps more professionalism training would come in handy.

I was not happy that I was told to leave my belongings in the dresser drawers, but then the movers turned my night stands upside down, and all my things were tossed and some things fell out. I also cannot open one of the drawers, now, because some items fell behind the drawer, and this is a drawer that does not come out. Therefore, I have to figure out how to reach behind the drawer to retrieve the items that are blocking it from closing. Not sure what to do with it. I guess it will be stuck open from now on? Not happy at all about that!!!!!!

One of the two men was very clumsy and didnt care about my belongings. I had been told my fake plants would be wrapped - there were not, and some of my furniture with drawers wasnt wrapped and i had to ask about it several times. I have an elevator in my apartment and this gentlemen took all my boxes down the stairs and i could hear them clank, clank, clank with each stair. Of course when I undid some boxes several of my cups were broken - i figured more would be broken. They broke the leg off my couch(this was reported), one of my buffets (they didn't want to report the buffet and did not), my couch is dirty, they literally dragged my mattress along the ground because one person carried it vs two and taking care with it. Still waiting to hear about a replacement leg!

I was very happy that you could move my daughter on such short notice but was not happy when the movers never came on moving day. I was informed several times about the delay which I appreciated. The movers left two boxes behind and my daughter is missing a large clock and a picture. I have used your services before and was satisfied that's why I hired your company again.

Only complaint is the breakage of my coffee table leg. Mover team leader assured it would be fixed. Thank you

Movers were professional and worked fast. They did bump the wall with my furniture and put a large hole in it unintentionally. My issue was getting the office to jump on fixing it quickly as I had to turn in my keys. I called many times and sent multiple emails. It did get fixed after my following up continuously.

They broke my sons dresser and tried to act like it was already broke. When I called office the manager said a Tom would be contacting me and never heard from him. Movers also damaged neighbors house and got an attitude with my family member when he asked if they are responsible for paying or do we have to pay they rudely responded “WE WILL PAY FOR IT”

Started off great! As usual! The guys were quick, and seemed to have a good flow. Then came the desk.... my L-shaped hutch desk was a challenge for them (I understand why) but instead of taking the extra time to break it down, they just kinda flipped it on its side and let the heavy part of the file cabinet dangle in the air almost breaking it in half. Then they tried to shove it around the corner of my office in the new apartment, leaving scratches and dings. THATS when they decided to take it apart, and completely demolished it, while asking my boyfriend to help. Whom has no building/ moving skill. I told they to just stop, its completely destroyed. I hope I get the full worth of that brand new EXPENSIVE desk back. STEPHANIE IN THE OFFICE WAS WONDERFUL AS USUAL!! :)

I'm very disappointed. The movers we're late and one was so sullen, he literally dragged his feet and scuffed up my floors. They damaged half my furniture. They opened my boxes to add items that I had told them to leave alone. They scraped up one of my walls. They told me that I had to pay for extra insurance on my boxes even though any damages wouldn't be covered because I packed them myself. They assured me before starting that they'd be careful yet managed to damage items that are normally very durable. That makes me feel like it wasn't an accident.

Stephanie at the office was fantastic, and the movers were very nice and worked incredibly hard. My only complaint is that they were not very careful and put several deep cuts/marks in my walls. They also did not use many of the pads that I had rented and left valuable furniture unprotected. There is no major damage, but a few items got scuffed.
