Robert, Elijah and Tyquan arrived as promised, scoped out the move and started right to work. Loaded truck quickly after boxing 2TVs, and shrink wrapping wooded pieces. They decided to use the stairs to the 2nd floor as it was quicker and closer to my apt. These 3 young men are awesome; polite and professional. I highly recommend this team and company! We had previously used 2 Men and a Truck. Our movers, Darius and LaRon, were professional, hard working, non stop men. We treated them to lunch, and they were thankful. They both represented the company very well, and are a good team together!

The team that came to our house to was absolutely amazing. Polite and very hard working!! They did not stop, slack, or goof off!! They put a plan in place on how they were going to start wrapping each piece of furniture before it was loaded in the truck! They cared for our items like they were their own. Did I mention we had 3 stops for them to drop different pieces off to? They were great!

The original list was altered by the office staff leaving a lot of things in the house yet I was charged for all of them. We are very unhappy with this company. We had to spend an extra $3000 to things moved in time.

Thank you Mary for your review, it gives the company an opportunity to give our side of the move day experience. During the call to confirm the customer wanted to move forward with the pack job we quoted, we explained that this is done the day before the move and that she declined the pack from the original estimate because they had help packing and wasn’t paying for us to do it. The day of the move, our crew did the walk through and forwarded the photos to the office showing that there was a lot not packed. She became very aggressive with the crew when they asked her to lock the dogs up, so they didn’t get in the way. The crew was told to take everything they could that was ready to move and that we could fit the customer in for a later date to pack the remaining items and move. It was explained to the customer that everything was not packed up and cleaned off for the movers but instead of postponing the move we went ahead and moved all the furniture and items that were packed in taped boxes. The customer is stating we altered the sales order the day of the move which is the list of items she provided. Customer was upset with management because we asked for a Drivers License to go with the check for a picture since they wanted to pay with a personal check after their card declined 4 times. She screamed at management on the phone saying she has $185k in her bank she’s not broke. We are sorry we could not live up to this customers expectations.

Michael, Brandon, and Trevante were absolutely excellent. They were very careful with my antique furniture. Their efficiency and behavior was beyond excellent. I was amazed at their concentration, respect and friendliness. The cost was less than my estimate. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Everything was almost perfect except they didn't wrapped my furniture to protect it, which I was lead to belive was included and automatically done. They did wrap only my recliner and only after I said something and only after putting it on the truck not before. I do have some small damage on that item but the move was fast and everyone was friendly.
