The movers were great until one flooded my new home not hooking my washer up properly and turning it on for a cycle then leaving. The manager Carry kept referring to it as a “little leak” when it soaked my carpets in two bedrooms. They did get Servpro out to dry it but aren’t willing to help on the electricity bill since it took 3 days of running Servpro machines to dry the floors.

The gentlemen who physically did the move were great: professional, organized, took care with moving everything. The office was also great, although there were a LOT of phone calls to check in on how things were going. I missed most of them during the move. I appreciate Jackson in the office taking the time to call me back during my available times throughout my working day.
