Totally adore the service, communication and everything about the move. I appreciated the availability soon after booking and the attention and care given to my friends furnishings. The movers were great until one flooded my new home not hooking my washer up properly and turning it on for a cycle then leaving. The manager Carry kept referring to it as a “little leak” when it soaked my carpets in two bedrooms. They did get Servpro out to dry it but aren’t willing to help on the electricity bill since it took 3 days of running Servpro machines to dry the floors.

The gentlemen who physically did the move were great: professional, organized, took care with moving everything. The office was also great, although there were a LOT of phone calls to check in on how things were going. I missed most of them during the move. I appreciate Jackson in the office taking the time to call me back during my available times throughout my working day.
