Overall the move was uneventful but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Nothing that couldn't get resolved quickly. First, the crew showed up with no boxes expecting that all the packing had been done. I don't know how that got communicated but they got the boxes and went to packing. The move took a day and a half instead of just a day as a result, cost about twice what I was quoted.

The movers were courteous, but they were not concerned about the state of our belongings, all boxes were marked breakable or fragile and they stacked several boxes on top of one another that resulted in some items to become broken.
