Overall the crew did a good job, but, it appears that they were sent out unprepared. The office told me that the trucks go out with moving supplies, like, boxes and other packing materials. The truck that showed up had no boxes or materials to wrap a small amount of glassware. I actually had to supply packaging tape to seal the boxes, which I had a few of my own.

Entertainment center was broken, told it needed adjusting. Brackets missing, broken shelves, chips in wood, dining room table/ chairs were scratched. In commercial moves this may be acceptable but when dealing with personal possessions it is not. Your staff needs better training on how to correctly and respectfully move items to and from locations. Your company needs to do better!

My move went very smooth! The guys were very cordial and patient. They took very good care of all my belongings. They arrived on time and kept moving—no complaints!! I highly recomend Two Men and a Truck. This was the 3rd time I have had them. THANK YOU!!

My team was wonderful! We moved into a 2nd floor loft with a ton of books and quite a bit of heavy furniture. They never complained and were both swift and careful right to the end!
