I was pleased with the service I receive. Two men n a truck were very professional in their service.
*arrive between scheduled time.
8-9am. [arrive @ 8:43 am]
*explain service, ask me, WHAT'S
BEING PUT ON TRUCK.
*also help to undo items that
was difficult for me.
*ask to cover mattresses.
*wrapped livingroom furniture.
[which is a professional feature ]
*helped with heavy items, n fix
back together again @ new arrival.

This is not a complaint, but a suggest; FOR FUTURE ARRANGEMENTS ASK CUSTOMERS WHEN TRAVELING TO NEW ADDRESS, IS THEIR A BRIDGE [that truck needs to go under] ENROUTE. So, customers can take another route.

Two men and a truck were available when needed with short notice for a small move. Chris and Tremaine introduced themselves and were very courteous. I was told we would get a call when the movers left their location so we could be there right away but did not receive a call until they arrived at our move location. It still ran very smoothly. The pricing was explained in an easy to understand way over the phone and then at move completion. I would use Two Men and a Truck and recommend to anyone needing to move their items.

Winter
The guys arrived within the time window and got to work right away. They worked quickly and efficiently, taking care to get stuff up from the basement that required navigating a difficult curved staircase. They did a great job getting everything out and were very friendly and personable while they worked. When we arrived at the final destination they unloaded quickly and placed furniture exactly where I wanted it. They tried every possible way to get a large sofa down to the new basement, which they ultimately were unable to do. When I say they tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING. They took the feet off, they took the door off, they tried every angle and every side. They were sincerely apologetic that they couldn't do it. A great group of gentleman, I couldn't be more pleased!

A 3 hr move turned into 8hrs , they showed up with no tools to take items down and it took 1hr or more for someone to show up with tools .

The team that ce to my home called at 10:40 and arrived around 11 right on time. They moved the items I requested and took to a storage unit a few blocks away. They came back at 12:45 and tried to charge me for 3 hours of moving, and argued with me about how long it would take them to get back to West Allis. They ended up amending their prepared paperwork and charged me for the 2.5 hours of work they had done, but were quite rude and left my house without comment. They did an acceptable job, but that. 5 hours was a ridiculous overcharge and seemed quite fraudulent.
