They were over 2 hours late, screwing up my afternoon appointment. Never called back to explain charges. I feel I deserve a discount for sitting in my car over 2 hours waiting for them to arrive. Cost me appointments.

2 Men And A Truck were wonderful to deal with from the first phone call to the last box moved. A great value for the money. Our movers were professional, hard working and enjoyable to talk with. It was hot and muggy but that did not seem to affect their mood. If we need a moving company again 2 Men And A Truck will be first on our list.

Thomas, Sherman, and Willie did an outstanding job moving me quickly and efficiently. They did a good job of packing my dishes and glassware so everything arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and definitely use them again.

The 3 guys were great...they were funny, friendly and careful. Took really good care of the furniture and gave us the wrapping from the furniture as a parting gift. LOL!

My move was grossly underestimated by the office professionals and half way through the first truck, it was made known to us that we would need a second truck. When i called the office to go over this with them, I was told it would be handled and that I would receive a call back and never did. I had to call back 2.5 hours later. The second crew showed up and were fine for the most part but didn't take cues from me on what needed to go on the truck and left things behind. And THEN after they were done, somehow did not have the address to my new home and sat in my driveway for at least an hour trying to call the office and the first crew to get it. Luckily my uncle went to my old house to help me out and was able to contact me to get the new address.

The three gentlemen who moved by items were very professional and friendly. Plus they kept on moving....no standing around. On the other hand the office scheduling portion was poor. I was told that there would be a one hour window for them to arrive. Upon calling to confirm the time I was told that my 12:30 to 1:30 window was going to be an hour late. This is unacceptable. While on hold I listened to the "grandma rule". When I asked the office manager if he'd make his grandma wait, he said, "if I didn't have a truck, I guess that she'd have to wait". I guess that says it all for your customer service!

Experience was good even great, but the movers took an hour to get from Howard’s Grove to Sheboygan Falls, Bc they stopped for lunch. I was on a schedule due to the cable guy coming at my new place. Otherwise I wouldn’t have minded, but it ended up all working out on time.
