Very happy with the booking and moving experience. My only concern is the operation is based out of Plymouth Wisconsin when the largest population base is in Sheboygan. The moving charge starting from when they leave Plymouth to when they return adds quite a bit of expense for Sheboygan moves. I different City of Sheboygan location would help, or a change in the start and stop time for moving charges would help.

The moving team was beyond phenomenal! It was the hottest day of summer and I was the last appointment, yet they still hustled and had a great attitude. The three men, Chris, Steve and Rob, had everything moved from one apartment and set up in a different apartment within 2 hours. They kept the positive attitude regardless of how tired they must have been. I would definitely recommend (and already have) Two Men and a Truck simply because of Chris M, Steve and Rob.

Movers I got were great. My issue was with timing. I received a call half hour before end of my appointment window telling me drivers would be late, they weren't sure why or how long, but they'd call when someone was available. I hadto call office back an hour later to get an update, then after a hold they said a truck was just leaving their office. Did they forget about me?

Matt & Ternaim were wonderful! Friendly and got the job done!! Tricky move and they never complained. They were able to take apart a large desk, move it and put it back together in the new office. Great personalities.

The movers were late the first time I was scheduled and I got a voicemail. I called back but we got disconnected. I got busy at work and didn't get a chance to call again, but I never received a call back after we got disconnected. The movers showed up late and I couldn't be around for the move so I said I had to reschedule. They said that was ok. When I received a call to reschedule they said they would be keeping my deposit. I explained the situation to the person on the phone, who then said nothing and proceeded to reschedule. I thought this meant everything was ok. However, the deposit was not applied to my balance.

The men who moved us were nice but as we unpacked (this being after the 96 hour mark to report we discovered a couple of things. First there was a giant hole in the mattress and it was also dirty. That wasn’t there before. Also we have a lamp with 2 glass pieces that make it a night stand. The glass pieces are missing... we would like them back. We cannot find them and are wondering if they were left in the truck. My family have used this service before and liked it. I am disappointed at the treatment of my property. I would never recommend.
