The moving team was nice. They were courteous and friendly. However the office staff was horrible. They did not explain the pricing correctly at all. When the did charge my account first they over charged, then went back and adjusted but broke it up over 4 charges and still overcharged. When I complained it was made to seem like it was my fault they could not bill correctly. Then when I asked why my final bill was twice what was quoted. They tell me a completely different pricing structure than what was originally explained and agreed to.

They did a great job with a difficult move...a console piano that had to go up 15 steps to the second floor! Challenging but they did it!

Great move from start to finish. The office staff explained everything, and was very accommodating. The muscle team was fast, friendly, but also careful and efficient.

Everything about our experience with your company was wonderful. You were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry, you explained your pricing and gave an initial estimate during our first phone call, you helped us decide about boxes needed based on your experience, and more. Our movers were fantastic. They were courteous, listened to what we wanted, were very careful in packing up, careful in delivery, and patient as we decided what piece of furniture went where in our new location. Plus, the price was very reasonable. We would definitely use Twomen again and will recommend you highly to others. Thank you for making our moving experience very easy and stress-free!

Men were on time and very polite. Patient with dealing with my blind brother. This move was very difficult for my brother and the men were able to make him feel good about his move which went quickly despite dealing with elevators in both places. The office was so easy to work with and paperwork was sent quickly and everything was explained to us throughly

Dreyson and Devonte were great. They figured out how to get my couch in the house. Worked hard all day. Nothing broken, damaged or missing, put furniture in the house where I wanted it. Thanks, guys.
