They left many items/ boxes on porch and said didn’t have room
In truck but there was a second truck there ! Also didn’t take comforter/blanket which was on top of chest on chest ; too much left behind ! Not sure if Mgr asked questions otherwise worked efficiently but I’m missing a brand new bottle of brandy and was in cabinet that was moved ! I had to go to new apt to get key when they came but my daughter in law directed them and knew what was to be moved but my ironing board isn’t here or my sewing machine ! I couldn’t go upstairs to check before they left due to my health but questions weren’t asked ! They got lost -15 minutes late to new apt and address was given but never called me ! They took 2 chairs that weren’t suppose to be taken so had to go back to house after? Charges CjF

Our move was on one of the hottest days of the year but your staff remained friendly and courtious. A mirror in my curio cabinet cracked but your movers quickly made note and advised it would he taken care of. One thing, this email was directed to "Gabriel"... I'm not Gabriel!

Movers were constantly on their cell phones--while one worked in the truck the other two would stand around and play with their phones, we had plenty of stuff to still move out of the house! Also, they broke both mirrors from my wife's and daughter's dressers. Several times they handled our property in a rough manner; dragging and pushing items that should be carried--stratched and chipped furniture proves it. Will note the company did replace our mirrors but charged us the time for the movers to move the glass off their truck, all in all an extra hour of time added on due to the movers working on glass clean up off their truck, but then threw it in the flower bed, and driveway for me to clean up and dispose of- I'm in the middle of moving and I had to deal with a large box of broken glass

We were totally happy with the service provided by 2 Men and a Truck. We were contracted for two men, but 2 men and on woman showed up. All three worked hard, and the woman did just as much work as the men. They were friendly and knew there job well. They were also very efficient; the move time (and thus the cost) ended up being about half of what the estimate was. Every part of the experience was good. They took good care of the items from our business, including some pretty large, hard to move items. Our load barely fit in the truck, but they strategized and got it all in, saving us the cost of an additional load. Everything arrived in good shape. I highly recommend these guys. We'll definitely use them again should we have the need to move again.

Ken and OJ are fantastic, Arthur did ok. My fragile center piece and other what nots were all damaged but considering how much stuff I had, they're only human but my advice would be to send someone out to access the property before moving and consider four Men or alternating movers when there's a big move. Also my couch was too big and it got damaged...Thanks

I have used 2 Men and a Truck before and have been very satisfied, however, on this move I am very disappointed with the service.
Men showed up in the late afternoon, tired from previous moving appointment and their attitude lacked enthusiasm for doing one more move for the day. When being charged by the hour, I would expect the movers to go a bit faster and not at a snail's pace or 2 Men and A Truck needs to charge by the job.
My sofa got stained in several places and other item was broken.
Movers showed up 2 hrs late because 2 Men and A Truck did not have enough employees to work on the job.
Have not received any call from 2 Men and A Truck addressing and of the points I mentioned.
Overall Very Dissatisfied.

I received a prompt quote after filling out an online form. Cindi followed up and made sure all questions were answered. Cole provided an in-house estimate too. The day of the move the movers arrived at the scheduled time of 10 am. They did good work moving things quickly and wrapping them up. Although, a few items could have been covered better. There were a couple of light scratches on the dining table. Overall they had a good, cheerful attitude, courteous and they took care of other items. I would recommend them. I had asked for floor runners in the new house. I would not recommend these as they did not cover much area and were very sticky. It was very hard to peel them off the wooden flooring and carpets. It also left a sticky residue on the areas where used. Overall, very satisfied.

The household items were not properly protected when move. This resulted is several items being damaged or broken. Use of moving blankets would have prevented this.

I hired TMAAT to move a sofa bed, an end table, a coffee table, a lamp and an easy chair. All went well until they tried to get the sofa out of the room. They tried everything they knew how to do but it didn’t work. In the process two door frames were terribly gouged and the wood floor was also nicked. I know this damage will be repaired at no charge and that some money was credited to the price. My problem is that at least one of the men was inexperienced and this caused a great deal of extra time. I still feel as though I am paying more than I should have to. I relied on the men’s knowledge of how to deal with a difficult situation. I had offers from two friends to move these things but I went with the “professionals.” Please see what you can do to rectify this large fee. Thank you.

Highly disappointing that I had to keep the movers motivated in order to get my move completed. Multiple items were on able to be moved because the movers were taking a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how to get them up the stairs. However when I had neighbors assist they were able to get them upstairs easily. The movers We’re slow and not motivated at all to be efficient or to use common sense with moving items. I have used two men and a truck on a number of occasions but I will never use them again. When they moved the dryer into the basement and put a hole in the wall they didn’t even say anything and I was standing right there and saw it happen.
