First I called the Plymouth, WI office at least three times. I was told I would receive a call back, never got one. Last call I got to Wauwatosa, and she was quick giving me a quote. She told me the movers would be coming from Plymouth. Turns out they didn't, not very accurate. The movers were good. I told them I had no money for a tip, and was asked if I could go to an ATM. Kind of rude to ask.

Brad, we apologize for the communication issues. Our Plymouth office at times only has one CSR, hence the push through to our main office. Yes, your movers would normally be dispatched from the Plymouth office, but there are times where we will use staff from the main campus - however, you are still only charged from the Plymouth office (distance/rate/etc). We apologize for the crew's request - we will speak to them. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We appreciate you choosing Two Men and a Truck!

My request was a bit unusual.
I wanted things dropped off at Good Will and an old TV dropped off at a recycling center. Two Men and a Truck handled it with no problems at all.
It was easy to set up over the phone and it all went like clockwork.
