Thank you for being accommodating with change in location and dates. There were two different points of contact involved for my family and everyone was on the same page thanks to Karen and her team.

This was my first time using a moving service and I could not be happier with my experience. From the initial walk through with Lisa to moving day with Matthew, Tyler, and Jason everything worked out so well. My team of gentleman were professional, courteous, respectful, polite, fun, knowledgeable, and just plain fabulous!!! They worked well together as a team always respecting my needs and wishes

Everyone I dealt with at 2 Men and a Truck, starting with my initial phone call to Kelly, was great to work with! All THREE of our men were pleasant, personable and professional! They took everything in stride, like changing to the back door for items heading to the basement and moving a particularly tricky bed base without having to disassemble and then reassemble! Many thanks again!

We are so glad to hear you had a great experience from your first call with Kelly through the completion of your move. It is great to know our three movers were friendly, professional, and adaptable, especially when handling last minute changes and moving your bed base without needing to take it apart.

I looked forward to using TMAAT for this move, since I was happy with previous experiences. The move itself was performed well but was tainted by a theft of about $300 in cash from my wallet, which I left out in my purse in my kitchen (so my own fault, I guess). I thought I could trust the people sent to my home, but apparently this is not the case.
Lesson learned.

The service team & moving team where professional but management has to allow movers a better planned day when having to travel 4 hours one way to do a full house move.

My moving team was amazing! They were very friendly. I especially appreciated how calm and reassuring they were when I was getting stressed. They moved my furniture & belongings up to my new apartment very quickly (despite the apartment being a 3rd floor walkup!) Can’t thank them enough because I could not have done this move on my own.
Response
We are so glad to hear the team helped make your move less stressful with their friendly attitude and reassuring support. Moving into a third floor walkup is no small task, and we are happy they were able to handle it quickly and efficiently while taking great care of your belongings.

Michael and Jayvon were friendly, efficient and got the job done. This is the second time I hired Two Men and a Truck. I am also so pleased that the woman I spoke with in the office one day before the move listened and relayed our conversation to your operations team.
My move was within State Street Station apartments. I knew a full size truck would never find a parking space during the Art 64 Wauwatosa Event. The guys were able to fit their moving stuff in a Subaru and it all worked well.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for choosing us again! We are so glad Michael and Jayvon provided a friendly and efficient moving experience. It is especially rewarding to hear that our office team listened to your concerns and communicated them effectively so moving day went smoothly. Adapting to the challenges of a busy event and limited parking takes teamwork and flexibility, and we are happy everything came together successfully.
