Your office team & all the men you sent to help us were excellent. Fast, friendly, considerate, polite. Answered all our questions.
In retrospect, I think everything would have gone a lot faster if you had sent 3 or 4 men the 1st day to pack. I believe they would have gotten it all done, realized we needed 2 trucks & 2 more days & acted accordingly. Altho using 2 days for the move was less stress

The team was scheduled at 930, showed up at 1045. All the heavy lifting was done and the team did literally nothing. COST ME MY DEPOSIT and another $200 for the other guys that jumped in to help. The office staff would not return my phone call or give me any updates. Worst experience ever and will never call again!

I was incredibly impressed w/my service! The 2 men who assisted me provided great customer service and were incredibly efficient! 1 was experienced & 1 new/training. They both were excellent, but I say enough about the gentleman who had experience (Travis? Jarvis? Apologies for forgetting his name!). I was wowed by how quickly they completed the tasks with care. Really impressed and appreciative!

The 3 gentlemen were very pleasant. The move was quick. They asked to make sure I had everything and to take another look.
Set up the furniture as I wanted and double checked that everything was as needed.

Had a appt for 11-12 it was going on 3pm never heard anything couldnt get ahold of anyone in the office. Movers didn't show until 4. I was told there was things they could take the movers said no they couldn't. Ask for a supervisor was told the office was close but when they found out they had to take the stairs they got one one the phone. Then the comments about how long it will take with stairs
