Everyone I dealt with at 2 Men and a Truck, starting with my initial phone call to Kelly, was great to work with! All THREE of our men were pleasant, personable and professional! They took everything in stride, like changing to the back door for items heading to the basement and moving a particularly tricky bed base without having to disassemble and then reassemble! I looked forward to using TMAAT for this move, since I was happy with previous experiences. The move itself was performed well but was tainted by a theft of about $300 in cash from my wallet, which I left out in my purse in my kitchen (so my own fault, I guess). I thought I could trust the people sent to my home, but apparently this is not the case.
Lesson learned.

The service team & moving team where professional but management has to allow movers a better planned day when having to travel 4 hours one way to do a full house move.

My moving team was amazing! They were very friendly. I especially appreciated how calm and reassuring they were when I was getting stressed. They moved my furniture & belongings up to my new apartment very quickly (despite the apartment being a 3rd floor walkup!) Can’t thank them enough because I could not have done this move on my own.

Michael and Jayvon were friendly, efficient and got the job done. This is the second time I hired Two Men and a Truck. I am also so pleased that the woman I spoke with in the office one day before the move listened and relayed our conversation to your operations team.
My move was within State Street Station apartments. I knew a full size truck would never find a parking space during the Art 64 Wauwatosa Event. The guys were able to fit their moving stuff in a Subaru and it all worked well.
