The crew did a great job moving my belongings. The only issue is they were suppose to bring me an item that left on the truck but never came back. Now that is delaying the gym contractor timeline to come and reassemble the equipment. He also broke my fan and I haven't heard anything about that now either.

All three of the young men that assisted me with my move were very professional, kind, courteous, and attentive to my needs and wishes where things needed to be placed. I do not believe they know how to pack or load for a long haul move. Boxes half full, fragile items on bottom with heavy ones on top, fragile boxes on bottom, Bagged pillows in large boxes instead of being used as fillers to keep load from shifting. Packed and loaded so poorly that not only was wood furniture damaged and a lot of items broken but cost me more for storage of items not loaded

I used 2 men & a truck 2 months ago for my big move and was more than happy with the team, respectful, careful with moving items, efficient and overall very pleasant. The team I had last week was a different story- the lead guy was great but his partner not so much- as soon as they arrived he entered my house opening all doors looking fir a bathroom without asking or telling us where he was going
