From the lady that answered the phone to set up our appointment and kept us in touch with us. The two men that came with the move were very nice and polite to us. Very happy with my experience with all the wonderful people that I have worked with during two moves. Our first move was from our storage unit. It was handled very nicely. I had no problem calling 2 men and a truck for the move our stuff from our temporary apartment to our condo. Excellent job all around and so easy to work with from first call to saying goodbye to our movers! All stars!

Everyone provided excellent service and communications. The move was done on time and budget. The movers were careful and hard working. They were very kind to the residents at the assisted living apartment where the move started. They were even sweet to the kitten and pup at the final location.

The crew, Rey, Oliver and Chance, did a great job despite the cold weather and a couple of awkward items that were difficult to navigate down the apartment's stairs. Everything arrived at the new home undamaged and was organized as I requested.
