My guys were incredibly professional and efficient. They were so kind and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of moving help!!

The move out cost almost twice what the move in cost, mostly because of an inexperienced helper that was slow. I should not be monetarily punished for poor performance by your team. I had taken the trouble to prestage ALL boxes right at the garage and it was still twice as expensive as the move in, which included a flight of stairs. Also, you are big enough that you should have a pod type system for short term moves so you don't have to unload and reload from storage for a two day move. My move in team was hard working and efficient - as shown by the much lower cost/time. The total for the move exceeded the high end of the estimate and that should not have happened. Rest assured that I will be sharing my experience and it won't be in a positive way.

I had used 2 Men and a Truck before when we moved a house, the guys were polite and all worked well together,and with any degree of packing. This time, the guys seemed to disappear for periods of time,and even though everything was all packed, it took them the same time to move a studio room at a Assisted Living Facility as it did the 3 guys that did our whole house. They had packed my boxes into 3 boxes, and at the new place, they were taking so long that my nephew unpacked one of the big boxes and the cable guy unloaded another. As a parting shot, they brokes my Mom's antique lamp.

Good service. My 2 concerns-

1) while wrapping a large piece of glass, I think it was wrapped too tightly causing the glass to bow slightly. This may be an issue when I unpack in a year
2) a piece of furniture was pushed between 2 other pieces of furniture. I hope none of the pieces were damaged

I would definitely recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. The office was polite and called me back/emailed me when expected. The movers called on their way, showed up on time, and had a great attitude. I moved on the hottest, muggiest weekend. The movers worked efficiently and helped me repack some items. They wrapped my furniture well to protect it during the move. During unload, they asked directions on where to place items. Very professional, very pleasant moving experience.

The crew members were extremely nice and helpful, looked very trustworthy. Even before the actual move started, I knew that I would be happy with the service. Since the first impression I can get from a company is people working there, it is very important to have workers who are very friendly,
patient and reliable.

My moving day was a complicated mess, but my movers from Two Men and A Truck were a godsend. The guys were fast, courteous, and kept a great attitude all day and I could not recommend them more.

Super hot day, but movers had a good attitude and were friendly and patient.
