I had a little bit of parking issues with how large the moving truck is but my moving team handled it very well. They also let me know of any damage that was done to my belongings before touching them which I liked. Overall, we had a few hiccups but I had a great first moving experience and would love to hire two men and a truck again.

You were so flexible with my "up in the air here or there" schedule and destinations. Thank you for your patience. When your crew arrived to move my stuff, they took care of it as if it was their own. The crew was good natured and professional. Thank you again for getting 2400lbs of stuff off a shipping terminal's dock and safely to my back yard. Great work!!!

I have one complaint about the service. My daughter told the movers that the sofa was not going to fit in the elevator however they wasted 20 minutes trying to fit it in the elevator and then ended up using the stairs to move the sofa anyway. We had to pay for those 20 extra minutes. And then to top it off two spots on the corners of the coach got dinged and scraped the material. How are we going to be compensated for that damage and the extra 20 minutes?

Movers were very professional and friendly, and got the job done fast. They were flexible with start time and understanding about some last minute things I had forgotten to take care of on move-in day. Would recommend them again! Thank you!

The entire experience, from the initial contact through completion of the move, was first rate. The two movers arrived promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window we were given, calling ahead to let us know they were on the way. They were efficient, careful with the property, friendly and professional. They were imaginative and successful in dealing with a narrow stairway, difficult corners, and a large chair which could be moved into the second floor apartment only by taking it partially apart and reassembling it. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.

The men moving my furniture were very respectful and professional. My only complaint with them is that they were slow. They over-used the shrink wrap. I am aware how important shrink wrap is as I have used a lot of it in my lifetime of working. It seemed to me that that they took a considerable amount of time wrapping things that were already protected by the moving blankets, when a time or two around would have been sufficient to secure the blankets. When I got a phone call from Tristan, I believe his name was, I expressed my concern and that i thought I should receive a refund, he said he would have someone contact me. Fourteen days later, I'm still waiting.
