The movers did an excellent job. They were on time, careful with my property, put in a lot of effort, and were very courteous.

Have used TM a couple times before. This time the huz was out of town. On a spur of the moment wish to get ahead of cold and rainy weather coming, the wife decided to have all the big/nice furniture moved. As requested, three very polite, smart, courteous, hard working and willing young men showed up at the door promptly the next day. All went soooooo smoothly. They took extreme care with walls and making sure all the items were undamaged out the door and into the new space. Even had a little decorating help with where to put an item. No qualms about trying it in a couple of places. Wrapping blankets were clean.

Not to forget the office team. Both the appointment and billing persons were very helpful, patient and understanding.

Great job on every aspect. Office staff (Becca?) was courteous, helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. Movers were great--got here early (but called first--thanks!) and were pleasant, speedy and careful. Couldn't ask for more. Nice job!

My only concern is regarding the initial discussion about the amount of things to be delivered. I thought I made it clear that my last move was 40+ years ago, using my car and a U-Haul trailer so I was not sure how to estimate what would be required for this move. I was not pleased to learn during the move that one truck was not enough and that other arrangements needed to be made immediately. I strong encourage you to do on site estimates; that certainly would have been helpful and would have made my move more efficient.

My movers were amazing! They were both respectful and thoughtful in communicating with me as well as took great care of my items. Both young men were fast and focused, not a moment of wasted time. I will continue to refer you folks to anyone looking for professional, well priced moving company. I couldn't be happier with how easy this process was. Thank you!!

I have one complaint but before I say I should point out that the movers you sent DID NOTmake me in comfortable but being asked for if I would like to leave a tip with two people I don’t know in my home is very uncomfortable. Your movers DID NOTHING WRONG. I just feel that there should be another way to ask about tipping that won’t make people feel on the spot Or obligated. My suggestion would be to include the option to tip in any of the post move emails that you send.

I needed a reliable moving company to move a precious family piano, chest of drawers and sewing machine and was told that Two Men and a Truck has moved furniture like mine many times before. Everyone was so very nice during the move.

This went at least as well as we hoped. The staff in the truck and the office explained things well and had the answers to all my questions. Our items were treated and packed very well. Had a few heavy or large items and they figured it out and got the job done. We will be recommending to anyone who asks for references. Excellent job.
