We had 3 Men instead of 2, I’m not sure why exactly. Our driver and Jacob were exceptional! Fast, careful and organized.
The 3rd mover was the opposite. He repeatedly forgot what room I said the furniture should go in, tried to move items we didn’t want moved, and created work by bringing in all the sofa cushions and putting them where the sofa needed to go. We had to watch him constantly.

Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us! We are so happy that your move team was exceptional!
A third mover is very common, and they could be there for a number of reasons! The two most common situations are for training new employees or helping with jobs that may require an extra set of hands!
We hope you are enjoying your new space!

Our whole moving experience was amazing. Aj, Mari and Malcolm were very quick and organized and paid attention to so much detail and had pride in everything we moved. We are so happy with your moving team and plan to use again in the near future. Thank you for helping us in our move to our first house!

The office staff was great. The movers were efficient and great, until my wood floor got damaged. Despite a damage report being filed and the promise of prompt attention to repair the damage they are ignoring my calls and refusing to resolve the problem. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and unfortunately if necessary will consult an attorney.

The move went very well. They loaded in Madison, drove to Chicago and unloaded in Chicago, all in one long day. There was an issue with my oversized coach and small doorways, but they kept trying until a way was finally found to get it through and up to my new apartment. Mike and Keshan (I apologize for not knowing the correct spelling) did a great job.

The movers that we had on September 3rd were on time, personable and careful with all our belongings. They did everything in an efficient manner and took great care loading and unloading our belongings. They also worked at a great pace and were efficient.

The 3 guys on the moving team were awesome! Very polite, professional and worked great together to make the move effortlessly, both loading and unloading of the truck. They truly worked as a team and were very efficient (didn't waste any time) and were very careful handling our stuff. Crystal in the Madison office was very helpful in answering some questions I had. Thank you to all!

Devonte and Natalie were awesome. They were very efficient and polite. It was a very hot and humid day and they worked very hard. Nothing was damaged in the move. Not even a scrape in the paint!
