1. Never start a pack out at 1600. This should be started early in the day. Scheduling was terrible, and I should have used a franchise closer to where I was moving from. I asked them this question and I was told the team arrived the night before, which they did not. Instead scheduled for 8am, they arrived at 1600.
2. Train you personnel to pay attention to markings on boxes. This side up etc

Nice uniforms- looked professional. Very polite, on time,careful, thorough! Would suggest a little better boxing of antique clocks to protect.

We used 2 trucks to move from CO to Wisconsin. Two Men hires extra help from local franchises and we couldn’t have been happier. The coordination from the front office to the movers was pretty seamless. Communication was great. After having a poor experience with a larger company - Franklin - this was just great. Nice job to all!
