Great team of movers. Friendly and organized.I'd hire this team again if needed. Very understanding of what I wanted done. Thank you again.

1. Never start a pack out at 1600. This should be started early in the day. Scheduling was terrible, and I should have used a franchise closer to where I was moving from. I asked them this question and I was told the team arrived the night before, which they did not. Instead scheduled for 8am, they arrived at 1600.
2. Train you personnel to pay attention to markings on boxes. This side up etc

Nice uniforms- looked professional. Very polite, on time,careful, thorough! Would suggest a little better boxing of antique clocks to protect.

Used these folks twice in the last year and would again if needed. Wonderful team both with the booking of the move and the move itself. Keep up the good work!

We used 2 trucks to move from CO to Wisconsin. Two Men hires extra help from local franchises and we couldn’t have been happier. The coordination from the front office to the movers was pretty seamless. Communication was great. After having a poor experience with a larger company - Franklin - this was just great. Nice job to all!

The whole experience was great, from the scheduler on the phone to the actual movers. I appreciated how willing the movers were to maximize the space in my son’s storage unit.

We had a great experience with the moving team - even though we were moving in the middle of a hail storm - I appreciated the extra help assembling beds. We had one item damaged inadvertently and they completed the damage report right on the spot - a repair person is coming to our home to make the repair. We highly recommend.

Our move team was phenomenal! The guys were right on time, great communicators, and really hustled! They were extremely careful and respectful with our stuff and the buildings. I couldn’t be happier with their work and will definitely call Two Men and a Truck for and future Eau Claire moves!
