93 degree day and T and Chris were awesome! I kept pushing ice water onto them and they were very gracious about it. Perfect moving experience; bidding experience left something to be desired as I had to reach out to my contact to get the job scheduled when the scheduler didn’t get back to me. Very glad I already know an awesome person at the company.

Movers were friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I felt the cost was a bit high for the services provided (moved about 30% of items in a one bedroom apartment for almost $700). Due to cost alone, I cannot recommend this service to those who are on a budget or are looking for good cost/benefit value in their moving service.

We've used the service several times before. Every time has been a smooth move. The teams have always been punctual, courteous, and hard working, taking great care with our belongings. We always pack up ahead of time so we're ready for the movers. Still, the teams work carefully and quickly. We will definitely consider using the service again.

Everything went well, the movers were professional and efficient. However, it was not made clear to me over the phone or in the email quote that I was paying for out and back time from the shop, might have been that I just missed it. It took the movers an hour to get to my apartment because of traffic. It would also be good if I could have picked a different start time to avoid having to pay them to sit in traffic. Still I would say despite this that it was good value and they finished under the quoted price.
