I got my quote and spoke to Giana. She was very helpful and explained the process. I have used the company before but it was years ago. Once I got my date scheduled the movers showed up early and reviewed my items to be moved. Dom was great communicating how it was going to go. Everyone was efficient and professional. It was my best move yet.

The moving crew were very efficient. They damaged a sofabed trying to squeeze it through a narrow door and that was the only issue. The follow-up on the damage has been non-existent. A damage report was filed and we were promised a follow-up within 48 hours. That was a week ago and calls to customer service have not been returned. Still waiting.

Trent and Devin were right on time to pick up my furniture. I was surprised they plastic wrapped most of the furniture as I rarely have seen this occur with other moving companies, including those hauling my items across the country. They were efficient and fast and arrived at my new apartment just before I did. Despite the size of my treadmill and couch, they got them into the new place and didn't scratch any walls in doing so. I will use this company's moving services again and again, and absolutely will recommend them to anyone who needs to make a big or small move. Thanks!!
