From the start to the end, I thought the customer service y'all provided was excellent. The office staff was great to me and on the moving day the movers were courteous, efficient, and accommodating. I will be recommending you all in the future if people in the area need moving services! A+

The two men who moved my things were not only on time, they were slightly early and let me know ahead of time. They were very courteous (Brent and CJ) and took care moving my things. Lastly, roadworks threw a wrench into move day by closing a local bridge, causing us to take a 6 mile detour. The guys were very nice about it and said nothing negative. I appreciated their understanding. Thanks guys! Great move day!

My only comment would be to make sure people know in advance you can’t have open boxes or pack cleaning supplies as they are considered “chemicals”. Though it worked out for me, no one told me beforehand and if I had them packed like others might, it could have been hard to either find and unpack the cleaning supplies or to find new boxes if I didn’t know.

I rated “...care of my property...” very poor. The reason behind this is because the dolly that they used to move the item left 2 ugly/dirty gray wheel marks on my carpeted steps (going up to the 2nd floor).
Before the move, I mentioned it beforehand to one of the movers to put somewhat of a protection on the carpet to avoid any dolly wheel marks. He said no need because they will be lifting the dolly and the item. Because it was heavy, they ended up dragging it, thus leaving the marks.
I pointed this to the movers, he wrote it on his paper and I was told that someone from the office will call me and that I don’t need to call them..till now, no one has called me.

Your team had moved me previously when changing locations, so when I needed just a few things moved from my parents home to here, you were my first call. My mom is older and we didn't have anyone to move a few items. The cost was reasonable. The first service with you was excellent so, I called again. Two times I have used Two Men and a Truck and both times excellent service, care was provided at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend. Tracy of Mill Creek, WA

Two Men and a Truck sent three strapping lads to deliver my piano. They had to push it all the way up my long steep driveway (that I get winded walking up) and didn't have a single complaint. I apologized and they said it was all in a days work. Great guys with a great attitude. I'm so happy with my new piano and my experience with Two Men and a Truck!
