They broke two things; but frankly this can happen during any move. I was impressed by how they handled both cases.

Scott and Nick were great. Very polite, fast and a pleasure to work with. I was so impressed at how easy they made it seem. Not only were they nice to us, but they worked as a great team. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience. My movers were friendly prompt and careful. The job was finished far before the end time. The office staff helped me with supplies. Very satisfied!!

We have used Two Men and a Truck previously and have always found their services and movers to be top notch. The care taken to protect our belongings and the physical homes have been wonderful.
Our one gripe is with office communication. After damage was caused to our floors, the movers properly documented the issue. We were told by my in-laws (who were there to supervise the move-in) that we would receive a phone call from the company. That never happened, even after I placed a call to discuss the issue.
Fortunately our hardwood guy, who had just re-finished the floors, was in the home to inspect the floors (after the move). He saw the damage report and fixed the issue. He followed up to let us know.
Communication goes a long way. A phone call from Two Men would have been nice.
