Men were very professional and polite, but were very blatantly taking their time to get the wrapping of furniture started and to pack things in the truck. Found one of the men on his cell about 5 times.

This move was, in my opinion, a tough move because it required walking up three flights of stairs! The team that conducted the move were courteous, conscientious, and hard-working!
