Very nice staff. professional and exceptionally friendly movers. Took care of even most fragile pieces. Nothing broken or damaged! Will use them again.

The movers were very efficient, remembered everything I mentioned during the initial walk-through, kindly left a chair for last so I could sit down occasionally (I was exhausted!), were courteous, seemed to know their job very well - I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with their service. Thanks to them I will definitely recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to all my friends back in DC and here in Cleveland Ohio.

I have moved 8 times within the last 6 years and this experience with Eric and Jermaine was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! If all of your employees are as amazing as these two young men I would recommend them 24/7 365 days out of the year!

The guys were prompt, courteous, efficient and did more than was required as we had additional items to move. They were very respectful and helpful.

Needed to move a piano and a cabinet. Service was great, but the price seemed a little high considering the piano was on wheels and the move was 2 miles away. I’d think twice about a full apartment move, just because of the price.

My main area of dissatisfaction was with the speed of the crew. I’ve had other moving companies move me with less furniture and fewer boxes and over longer distances in half the time. I in part booked with Two Men and a Truck because I know my move can be done quickly, so the 15 minute increments seemed like a structure that would save me money. The movers, however, were very slow—so much so that I started picking up boxes and moving furniture around. Moreover I was moving to a building with a loading dock literally 20 seconds from the other building’s loading dock. The crew ignored my directions, missed the dock, and took 35 minutes loading dock to loading dock. That cost me money, and continues to be very upsetting to me from a cost and experience perspective.

The team of men both time were very respectful and gentlemen and professional. Outstanding in handle my house hold items. Great team of men. I would really appreciate your company in helping me in my move and will recommend to people.

I wish there was a selection higher than excellent for this survey. The movers were great. Friendly, attentive, on time, and overall made our move day a breeze. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs movers.

Move went great- they were very efficient and just went 15 minutes over estimated time when I added some last minute items to the move.
