We had an experience with Two Men and a Truck. Everyone was pleasant, punctual, courteous, and performed their job.
We would definitely use them again and would refer them to others.

The moving team was great and completed my move quickly. However, they showed up incredibly late and in a truck far to large to fit in the driveway. While I recognize that it was not their fault, there should have been better communication about the timing and the changes made during the move before. The administrative team should have called and not only explained that the team would be incredibly late, but also should have asked whether or not the larger truck was going to cause any problems. While I recognize that a lot of people are moving and the move before mine was larger than expected, the administrative team should have made sure that this issue would not affect my service and should have sent other movers.

The men was very professional, courteous and hard working. I would definitely recommend your organization to anyone.

Everything was fine until the movers finished filling the truck. They didn't protect key pieces of wood furniture and they forced a couch through a front door, damaging both. The improperly transported beds were also damaged. They were unable to re-assemble the treadmill and a twin bed and they placed another bed backwards against a wall which will be difficult for me to move by myself.

Two men - Earl and Marcellus - were excellent movers and very energetic in getting the move done with speed and care. They, and the office staff, were excellent in keeping us informed.

The guys all worked really hard. Especially the drop off team, however, after the drop off team left one of the beds they put back together broke. We would not have minded them asking how to put it together. However, overall we were pleased with all of the service. The guys are friendly and courteous.

Two Men and a Truck was a great choice for my local move! I was worried about some of my larger items (bed and dresser) and the office team worked with me to make sure the proper resources were at my disposal for my move. They asked all the necessary questions about my belongings so that I felt comfortable and confident with the service before they even showed up. The office personnel were prompt in answering my communications and even followed up after the move. The movers were also amazing! They were so nice and funny and I could tell they were treating my belongings as their own. They made a plan at the beginning which I appreciated since time is money and I am positive that their positive attitude and efforts helped decrease the cost of my move. Would highly recommend!

The movers were personable, professional, and mission-focused.

The movers were great, very professional and hard-working. They were undaunted and remained upbeat, even after we learned the service elevator was out of service and they had to hoist our long sofa up eight flights of stairs to my daughter's apartment.

Sales person was very helpful. Office team communicated all the details and the two men were extremely professional and helpful.
