We had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck on September 19. The guys kept us updated on their arrival time as they were driving to us. They came on time. They were professional and had a helpful can do attitude. They were polite and had a professional appearance. I had no idea the antiques would be shrink wrapped! How reassuring! The guys knew to be careful not to scratch the hardwood floors. Everything arrived to its destination safely. The first stop was my brother’s house to off load some items and the second stop to a storage unit. This job was to empty my parent’s home. I called them because I have seen their trucks and liked the idea that a smaller company would be more user friendly and accountable. That was the reality of our experience.

I was asked to leave all 5 stars for this review but I have to be honest about my experience and I'm sorry if that upsets anyone but it helps no one to lie. I hired Two Men to move a couch. I warned them that a door would need to be removed to do this. The method that they tried to use to remove the door was unsuccessful and actually incorrect as I discovered later. I felt as though the office team did not really care about this issue- I was only given "30 minutes down time" back and told "they have other jobs to get to". In my opinion it was poor customer service and lack of follow through. I wish they would have sent someone back out who knew what they were doing. I still have no couch and have to look elsewhere to get it out. They offered to move it at a discount if I can get it out mys

The Men were polite professional and accommodating to all our needs. I will use them again. The price by the hour was what my husband wanted and it worked out great for us. I have another move coming up next year and I am sure I will use Two Men and a Truck !

The office staff answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation.
The moving crew performed the packing, moving and storage very expeditiously. They were efficient and polite.
I will be using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK when I return to my home.

I had a fantastic experience and the team that came out was great. As a side note, the rep that called me let me know that the moving teams bonuses are based off this survey. I gotta say that to me seems like a poor mechanism for tracking their performance. I hate doing these surveys and I imagine the people that really care to share their experience would be those who had a poor one. Just my two cents, I could be way off.

The team you sent over were excellent! I was ready to have a nervous breakdown thinking about all things that had to be moved but they reassured me and got everything packed!
The one thing I had an issue with was with the initial phone screen and the "program" you use to calculate the number of vehicles and personnel needed for the move. It recommended one team and one truck. I had an uneasy feeling about that and called you to have someone physically come out to house and look. Good thing because your people completely filled up 2 trucks and the move took about 10 hours total! I would have been very unhappy if they had to make 2 trips with one truck. You need to lose the program you are using and do home visitations!

The office staff was very helpful and informative. The actual moving crew men were courteous, careful, and worked hard to maintain the integrity of my walls and carpet. Later, when I was informed there were two items for me, which were not delivered, as I was unaware of them, the staff located the items and brought them to my house the very next day. I was very satisfied with the excellent service provide from start to finish. Please keep up the great work, as I'd be happy to use your company again.

The moving team was excellent! They were very helpful with explaining the process, and packed and moved everything quickly and safely. I am extremely pleased with their work.
