We opted for the full pack-out and move. The moving and packing team were very friendly and courteous. My main complaint is that somehow not all of the boxes from one of the upstairs rooms were labeled. I'm not sure if it was miscommunication between team members or an individual forgot. But now I have to open about a third of my boxes to find out what is even in them.

Josh and Kenneth were great, the only hiccup was the fact that I definitely told the office staff who booked my move I needed boxes for the kitchen stiff and no boxes were on the truck but the owner quickly rectified the situation.

Staff was on time, called ahead of arriving, did the job promptly, friendly and they liked dogs...which we have 2 of and they got along fine with all the workmen.

I had to move my dad into assisted living within a week out of state. Needless to say I was stressed. From the moment the estimator took my information to the last handshake and laughs with the movers, my experience was wonderful and stress-free! Our first quote was outrageous, but I called back and got a person who would listen to what we needed and it worked out perfectly. Kathleen was very helpful setting everything up, and our movers were awesome. They were pleasant, on time, courteous... etc I would recommend the company with the one provision that they call and speak with Kathleen because she was most helpful.

The men were polite. They worked together as a team. I was on a time crunch and the kept to my time limit. Secured my belongings as if it was their own to safely move them to my home.

The two young men that came to move our items (Anthony & Jamel) were on time, pleasant and courteous. They did an OUTSTANDING job of getting everything wrapped and ready to move, loaded on the truck, delivered to where the furniture was going then unloaded and placed in its place; unwrapped and the packing materials removed all in a very timely manner. All the furniture we had moved was big and bulky. I would like to mention that one item we had moved was a PIANO and it was heavy! These two young men did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish and we certainly appreciated them and all that they did.
