I asked for 2-men and a truck you guys sent me 6-men and two truck I was so very impressed and the team was exceptionable I truly enjoyed them as my movers you guys keep up the good work and I will be sure to let my family, friends and colleges of this wonderful moving service by 2-men and a truck.... thank you for a job well done and will use this service again if need be thank you.

Service was good, but they damaged a television during the move. Didn’t realize it until later in the day when we plugged it in.

Moving and office teams were great. I would have preferred that my movers used dollies to move my boxes instead of hand carrying every single box, but otherwise, they were great!

My experience with Twi Men and a Truck was awesome. It all started when a person actually answered my phone call and could help me. My movers, Monroe and Laurence were polite, courteous and showed concern about my move. They asked questions about the apartment complex and what they would be able to do to move my furniture. I could not have asked for a better moving team or company.

Delivery was way later than expected being told we were 2nd delivery of the day

HI Karen. I am so sorry you were unhappy with our arrival time. We are sometimes later than anticipated due to unexpected issues with the first move of the day. We do advise all customers that for a second move of the day, we cannot guarantee an arrival time but rather the crew will call after the first move is complete to let you know they are on their way. Sometimes the first move goes beyond the expected time so it delays the second move. We do our best to be sure each customer understands that process by providing that information both verbally when you book your move and also in writing in the paperwork you receive. In our efforts to allow flexibility on move day for second moves, we ask for a cell phone number, so you are able to go about your day and we can call when we are ready to head to your location. That way you aren't waiting at home. Again, we apologize for the delay. I am glad we were able to complete your move for you!
