Great Service! Kim and Rachel at the VB office are always super helpful and do there best to help us with our last minute moving requests.

The 3 gentlemen were professional, respectful, explained all steps and asked for my input.
They were pretty funny and friendly and clearly enjoyed working together.

My Moving team was RJ and Donovan. They were great! Conscientious and careful with my things. Packed well and unloaded to my storage unit quickly, without incident. Truly Pros when engaging with others. Respectful and responsive.

From start to finish it was a seamless moving experience. Rachel in the front office was responsive, courtesy and kept me informed on every step of the process. The moving team arrived on time, explained the moving process in detail, provided an overview of the estimate and began work immediately. The moving team was very polite and courtesy! Highly recommend!

My original move date was scheduled for 1/31/26; but due to expected inclement weather Rachel reached out and was able to make our move date 1/30/26 and instead of 2 movers we had 3 movers which saved us time and money. I appreciate Rachel and the team of movers. They were very professional, fast, accommodating, and respectful.

The reservation took less than 15 minutes. The crew called beforehand to let me know they when they were arriving, and they arrived a little early!! Great team of three people! They listened to what our requests and concerns first, always a plus. The crew was efficient, courteous, considerate, careful with the items and respectful. Couldn't ask for better service. Two men and a truck is the most efficient and cost effective way to pack and move large furniture. The team included 4 men and two trucks who performed an excellent job of padding and wrapping the furniture from a large heavyweight couch to a delicate china cabinet. The four of them worked very well and professional to ensure a successful move. Thanks to the team; Agent "L", "K", "D", and "F". JP
