Meet the Richmond team

Denise has been a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team at the Richmond and Chesterfield franchises for nearly 9 years as a Customer Service Representative. Denise says the best part for her day is learning how each and every move is a journey for each of our customers. Denise strives to make every phone call and customer interaction feel as personal as possible. She says at, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® – Richmond and Chesterfield, her workday is always fun because she is surrounded by a great group of people. When not at work, Denise enjoys spending time with her adult children, her church family, going to the gym, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. Maybe it's the warm weather or the anticipation of the busy moving season ahead, Denise is excited while exclaiming: “Come on Summer!”

We are proud to announce Jordan Ford as our Mover of the Month! Jordan loves helping his community with all their moving needs and is grateful to meet new people daily. He sets an excellent example for his team, and if a customer or another employee needs help with a unique task, you can count on Jordan to get the job done professionally and quickly. Madison has been working very hard the last eighteen months and has recently been promoted to Move Consultant 2! She excels at every aspect of the job and goes above and beyond to help our customers and team. Madison brings years of experience in the Customer Service Industry to her current role as Move Consultant 2. She is passionate about helping those around her and handling the high demands of customer service with empathy, adaptability, and patience. She looks forward to being the calming voice and supportive asset that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customers can confide in during their transition. Outside the office, she enjoys playing softball, spending time with her son, and anything Disney.

Initially joining the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in Greensboro, NC, Ryan began his career as a mover in 2011. After moving to Greenville and working for our franchisees in South Carolina in 2016, Ryan was approached to continue his hard work in our Richmond and Chesterfield franchises as Operations Manager. In December of 2021, Ryan was promoted to Market Manager, proudly leading our entire team in serving Richmond and surrounding areas. Ryan says the favorite part of his day is motivating and guiding his employees to deploy the utmost care and compassion when moving our customers. In his free time, Ryan enjoys doing anything outdoors, spending time with his wife, and eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, expected in January of 2022.

After moving to Richmond, VA, Trent began working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in June 2017. He started as a mover and driver and quickly worked his way up the ladder, transitioning into sales, operations, customer service, and administrative roles. His favorite parts of the job are taking on the challenge of problem solving for customers, or working with movers and drivers during difficult move situations. In April 2016, Trent graduated from Hampden-Sydney college in Farmville, VA with a degree in Economics and Business. He was a four year member of the varsity golf team, and worked closely with the student council and student events committee. In his free-time, Trent, enjoys playing golf with friends, working out, and reading.
