Before joining the moving industry, Lauren spent three years living in North Carolina and built her customer service experience in the restaurant industry, including helping open a restaurant in the Outer Banks. Her experience working in fast-paced environments taught her how to stay organized, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure.

New to the moving industry when she joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Richmond team in February 2026, Lauren has embraced the opportunity to learn and grow in a new field. She enjoys helping customers find the best solutions for their individual moving needs and takes pride in making sure they feel informed and confident throughout the process.

When she’s not helping customers plan their next move, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of her time outside of work.

Hi, I’m Jamie! I’m excited to be part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team as a Move Consultant. I love working with people and helping make what can sometimes be a stressful moving experience feel a little easier and more manageable.

With a background in customer service, office management, and working directly with clients, I’ve always enjoyed building relationships and making sure people feel heard and taken care of. I’m a big believer that great service starts with communication, compassion, and genuinely caring about the people you’re helping.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, our dog Kilo, traveling, being on the water, and making memories with the people I love. I’m looking forward to getting to know our customers and helping make their moves as smooth and positive as possible!
