I have moved many times in my life and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The movers used "cling wrap" which does nothing to protect the furniture. They picked up my furniture and often threw it over their shoulder like a sack of fertilizer. Moving blankets are very helpful in protecting the furniture. That wrap is worthless. I never had movers turn my furniture sideways or upside down, nor not cover it in moving blankets.
When I spoke to the lady in the office she made it clear that speed was their top priority - with absolutely no concern for protecting the furniture.
We will bring pictures of the damaged furniture during the upcoming week.

We hired Two Men and a Truck after reading their numerous positive online reviews. Reviews and reputation are incredibly important these days, and Two Men and a Truck exceeded our already-high expectations. The office team folks were kind and explained the process thoroughly. And the gentlemen who did the heavy-lifting were professional, organized and friendly. They all had terrific positive attitudes. Their shining moment came as they successfully carried and navigated a 500 lb. steel-top conference table down a narrow flight of stairs. Our overall experience was exceptional, and we would certainly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any residential or commercial move.

Movers were prompt, courteous, professional and full of energy. They gave my belongings the white glove treatment. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

Overall service was pretty good. The guys were curtious and worked quickly. They could have taken a little more time to plan how they were going to get my couch through a door way though. No real damage but it got banged around a fair amount

Everyone with whom I communicated was excellent. Denise was terrific in explaining the process and the movers--Joe, Chris and Christian--were extremely pleasant and helpful. I used the Richmond group because we had such a good experience with Two Men and a Truck in northern Virginia when our younger son moved. I would highly recommend both locations and thank you very much for an easy, seamless process.

Overall, a great experience from my initial call to the move. I made several changes in the days before and the team was quick to respond. The movers were extremely courteous and helpful! I was very impressed and felt they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

I have used Two Men & a Truck in the past and was very satisfied with the overall service I received. This time, I made a mistake and schduled movers on the incorrect date. When I called, Denise was excellent and understanding. Within a couple of hours I had movers and a truck at my residence to help me move my belongings that day. The movers were both polite and efficient. I will be a returning customer in the future as well as recommend Two Men and a Truck to those who have moving needs.

The men were so helpful and careful they explained everything to us.we are seniors with heart issues and they were so wonderful telling us to sit down and rest bringing me the furniture to see to tell them where to place it which is truly going beyond the norm. Not a scratch nothing broken just a great move thanks so much?

Was a complete non-event - meaning they showed up when they said they would, moved the furniture without any damage and the staff and movers were total professionals - will use their service again!
