They wrapped ONE piece of furniture, and the rest they didn’t touch. No moving blankets, no plastic wrap, NOTHING. Everything was stacked into the dirty truck with no covers. Two (previously) nice chairs were laid fabric down on the wet truck flooring. It took over TEN hours, but we were quoted 7.5… we even moved half the load for them. Significant items were damaged, ignoring my requests for pads

Late, didn’t show up with the 4 people requested. No where near enough blankets so several pieces of furniture were damaged. Ran over a tree parking, while I requested it to be noted, he did not. I have a picture. Last night discovered more damages all because the furniture was not wrapped as promised. Way too loud when unloading furniture, yelling back and forth.

The guys that I had do the move were prompt, and were able to do the move in much shorter time than originally anticipated. There were some markups left on some of the furniture (kitchen table got the most scratches) and so anything preventing that going forward would be nice. However, all in all they did a fantastic job!
