DeShawn, DeCalvin and Mike were meticulous and gentlemen. Ashley in Customer Service was outstanding, and Trent came to my home to ensure satisfaction with the team and discuss the move. Very impressive crew!

Zaxius made sure that I knew that they all were there to help make my move to Richmond stress free. Even after arriving in Richmond, unloading everything was a breeze. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Karl & Denzel movers. They were very polite, cordial, introduced themselves & efficient as they prepared my belongings for moving.

The two men who packed our dishes and fine china did a great job. Haven't unpacked everything yet, but nothing damaged so far. I'd highly recommend!

The movers were excellent, arrived on time and began to pack the truck for my move to Chesapeake. However, it became obvious that the truck was not big enough for my stuff. I found out that the truck delivered was not the truck that I ordered for the move. The movers were told by mgmt to take a smaller truck than what I requested because mgmt felt I didnt need a big truck to move a 3 bedroom house full of furniture. Unfortunately I had to make several trips using my personal vehicle to complete the move. The mgmt didnt want to take responsibility for his actions nor give a discount. It took way more than 3 hrs to do the move due to the truck change and I was not informed first. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of the mgmt/ office staff. Movers were great despite it all.

Very displeased with my service. The movers were inexperienced. Unprofessional. Very slow. I have used this company before. The first moved went great very pleased. Wish I could say the same about the second moved. My property was dropped, broken, damaged. Losted screwed to put my desk back together. Broke my son's computer. One of the movers talked on the phone most of the time. The first move I used them took 3.5 hours and they moved me from a 3000 sq ft house to a 1700. This moved from 1700 sq ft to 1700 sq ft and took twice as long. This move took 7 hours. I was charged the time they called in the morning to say they were on their way not when they arrived. The first time the travel fee was wavied and charged when started when they arrived. Completely unhappy.
