Showed much less regard for my belongings when delivering
Many items were broken

Everyone was great your drivers/ movers were awesome- they really took good care of us.

Our movers were punctual, thorough, & provided excellent customer service! Our friend recommended your business & I’m so happy she did.

Very happy with movers and their efficiency. I found one punched in spot behind a door where it was opened too wide. The keys to my locked tool cabinet that were in the lock are missing and I need to call about that. All in all, happy and plan to use again within the next month. Thank you,

Ellis and his partner were very friendly and got the job done. If it wasn’t for several pieces of our furniture being scraped, stained, chipped and damaged, I would give them a great rating. Their attitude was great. However I feel as though our furniture wasn’t handled with the best care. I understand some blimishes will happen, but this was unacceptable . Finish was ripped off of furniture from the tape that was used, kids furniture chipped and scraped, chairs that appear to have grease stains on the cloth, footboard that is scraped. It was very disappointing. Maybe they need more training?

My overall experience was good. My only complaint was the overall rates weren't disclosed clearly because the estimate ended up being a lot higher than originally stated. Ellis, Cori and Deshawn did a fantastic job taking care of our furniture and equipment. The customer service from Ross was good. Just about all of my issues and questions were resolved and answered. So, the overall experience was good.

You left much of my goods behind due to truck being too small. This also happened to another co worker this summer with your company in Fremont Nebraska. While the loaders were nice guys, the attention to wrapping and packing was as bad as I have ever seen. Lots of small damage after unpacking to household goods. Also lots of scratches on furniture due to rubbing in the truck.

We will work out our damaged issues. Most was due to poor packing. Big issue is how you can leave so much? Did estimator not know how to estimate? Did drivers load the truck poorly? I think maybe the later. I have the equivalent of a pallet of furniture left in Virginia that should be here.

We have 25 moves pending in next 12 mos. Not sure we will use you again.

Movers were accommodating and professional however somehow the cover on my mattress was removed and it managed to get dirty likely from the truck, I didn’t notice this till after the gentlemen had left and were paid.

The guys were great and worked so hard to get everything moved with no damage. They were very friendly and were a joy to work with. I can’t say enough about their positive attitudes and how hard they worked. GREAT GUYS!!!!!!!
