Karl and Jamal were a great team....friendly and polite You are well served by them

The only bad thing was the majority of articles were placed in the garage vise in the rooms that were marked on the boxes or in other rooms.

The only thing that happened was that the office staff told me that we could leave items in the dresser but when the movers came, they requested we remove them because the furniture was very heavy. But honestly that was not a big deal. Otherwise the move was great. I might tell the office staff that it is better to empty the dressers because all I had was garbage bags (clean) to put the dresser stuff in.

Both of our crews were fantastic. Huge thank you to Carl & James and Charles & Dontay. You guys were great!

Ellis, Denzel and Trent were wonderful, respectful and careful with my chair. Hiring them again on wednesday! They should get back braces though to prevent future injuries

We were able to plan and execute our move in one week. After filling out an online survey, we were sent a proposal. Ashley followed up with an friendly and informative phone call.
Deontae and Cory arrived on time and packed and moved us in a thoroughly professional manner. They worked hard and they were very careful with our belongings. My moving team showed up on time and went right to work. They were motivated and worked efficiently and were very personable and made the moving experience go very smoothly without worry.

The guys were great...the office had the storage facility address but did not pass it along to the drivers. Other than that...excellent!
