The movers did a great job. This was a last minute request, and it was a total surprise that when I emailed on Christmas Day someone got back to me and scheduled the move for Dec 26. There was a reason for that -- the movers were not available and it could not be done until Friday. Ultimately everything worked out fine, we had additional time to pack and the movers were great.

The movers were curious and understanding of our needs. They were efficient and careful. Everything arrived without any damage.

charges were high for moving boxes, one chair, tv, and small ref.

Excellent customer service. The guys arrived at the time indicated and quickly helped me with my move without any complaints even though I had some heavy furniture to be moved. They were very careful with everything. I loved that what I was offered as an estimate was what I paid. I would definitely call them again for any future plans of moving.

We were disappointed with our move team. When they first arrived, they commented on how little stuff we had but ended up going an hour over the estimate. I would've been okay with this had they worked hard and been focused. One worker was constantly on his phone texting and using Snapchat, practically every time he brought something in. They were also lazy. I asked if a small, light loveseat could be moved to the 3rd floor and they told me the feet didn't come off so they didn't think it was worth trying because it probably wouldn't fit. The next day we had a 2nd moving company move stuff from out of state so I asked them instead, and they took off the "unmovable" feet and got it upstairs. Comparing our 2nd set of movers to Two Men reiterated the poor quality. I will post a review online.

Karl and Jamal were incredible. From the moment they showed up to when they left it was nothing but a professional and positive experience. They handled all my items with care and even finished earlier than quoted saving us money. Chris, the guy that quoted us even showed up during the move to make sure everything was going well. We were able to book with just a few days notice and I would absolutely use two men and a truck again!

I was hesitant to use any mover on an hourly rate, but I am so happy that I did choose to go with Two Men and a Truck! My movers, Ellis, Charles, and Malik were wonderful, and they took great care of all of my belongings. I would absolutely use their services again in the future!
