My husband and I both think that the men that moved us on 24 May were not trained very well. It was estimated to be a four hour job that went eight hours and thank God we weren’t liable for the other 4 1/2 hours. The supervisor was very kind in acknowledging the difficulties. The guys were having, five pieces of my furniture were scratched my wood floors in the front entrance was scratche. Stress

Very happy with the service. From my initial contact with the office staff to the movers the service was great. The movers were AWESOME those 2 young men were very professional, courteous and just all around nice young men. You should be very proud to have them on your staff.

I LOVE my guys JAMIL&MARQEL♥️♥️♥️♥️They were BORN with customer service skills. I’m telling EVERYONE to ask for these BROTHERS♥️I have always (6+moves) used 2MAAT. I praised my last team. But this team is perfection. You need to pay this duo MORE than top dollar. I know SEVERAL companies that would hire site unseen. TRUST ME ON THIS.

Jamil and Donte were very professional, courteous and helpful though out the whole move. Took time and care in wrapping / padding all items to protect from damage. Best of all they put our bed together as we were exhausted and I know they were also. The GA heat didn’t help and they made the move seamless for us.

I can not remember the name of the guy, but he was very diligent, insightful, and knew what he was doing. He has all the skills required for his work. Excellent job to you all. Looking forward to refer friends and even for future use again. Thanks.

I loved the experience. It was quick and easy. They let me know well in advance with any issues they had. Very accommodating and understanding with what I needed. It’s not 5 stars because they broke my bed. I understand most happen but I just got that bed. Regardless, Irregardless, however, they were very thorough, friendly, and helpful.

There was a delay in my original start time. However, the Portsmouth office sent a crew from the Virginia Beach area, Anthony and Rashawn. These gentlemen were professional, polite, and very respectful towards my elderly mother who has early dementia. This move was going to be very stressful as I was doing it all on my own, and was moving mom to an assisted living community. They made it smoothly.

First the entire team wS so professional and helpful from the office personnel to the drivers. I would like to commend the two men that moved our furniture they were the ultimate professionals anit was not an easy job. I am very picky when it comes to customer service as I was a Regional Director over 2 states with over 39 branches that provided medical services to our valued customers.

Donte and Troy were so wonderful. Respectful, helpful, went 20 extra miles with packing, preparation, client was a 92 year old. They were kind, funny and very patient. They are not 5 star they are 100 stars. Totally impressed, amazed at their superior performance.

The estimate needs to be more clear stating travel time from Portsmouth ,Va and back is inclusive in time estimate for paying.
