First, the response to my online initial request was FAST. You won my business from a competitor because of this. Second the crew were great...on time, efficient, careful and did another task as it was within the minimum time.

The two movers were punctual, courteous, and cared about getting things right. We had a mis-understanding with the front office around the exact nature of the kitchen move. I suggest better communication around exactly how your process works and what is / is not included to avoid this type of mis-understanding in the future. That said, the team was very understanding and made it good in the end.
